2. Email Confirmation
If you submit a support ticket through the web form you will receive an email confirming your submission.
3. Access the Shared Page (if applicable)
If we need to work on the issue in real time you’ll receive an email invitation to join us on a shared page. Accept the email invitation, and you will be directed to the shared page. There will be a message already posted in page chat. Feel free to post your questions and information but be sure to @mention the Samepage team member so we are sure to see your message. We’re happy to help you any way we can.
The shared page will remain available to you as a point of contact to our Support Team for as long as you like. Of course, you are free to leave the page any time as well.
