Move a Task to a Task Board, Document, or My Agenda

It’s easy to move a task from My Agenda to a Task Board or Document, from a Task Board or a Document to My Agenda, and from a Document to My Agenda or a Task Board.

1. Click to open the task

2. Select the 3 dot menu below the X in the task dialog

3. Select Move to or Move to My Agenda

4. If moving to a Task Board or Document navigate to where you want to move the task

5. Click Move

6. For a Task Board, the task will be temporarily placed in a new column called “Not placed in column”

7. Drag and drop the task to the correct column in the Task Board
