Trouble Accessing Samepage

Overview

If you are experiencing issues with Samepage after successfully logging in, this may be a sign that your company’s firewall and/or email server is preventing access to Samepage content. Common symptoms include:

  • Missing emails
  • Blank screens
  • Empty sections

 

Symptoms like these may be a sign that email filters and blocked access to CSS and Javascript files are affecting your ability to use Samepage properly.

Solution

We recommend that your IT department whitelist the following domains and subdomains for samepage.io:

  • https://samepage.io/*
  • https://*.samepage.io/*
  • http://samepage.io/*
  • http://*.samepage.io/*

 

If your firewall uses Geo IP filtering, please make sure traffic from US (United States) and CZ (Czech Republic) is allowed.
