Our customer support team may ask you to pull the debug logs from the Samepage mobile app when trying to troubleshoot complex issues.
Once you export the debug log file submit it to the customer support team or email them to support@samepage.io.
To export the debug log file on your mobile device, click on the hamburger menu in the bottom right corner of the navigation menu. Then tap My Account on the following screen.
You’ll see your avatar, email address, and a list of devices you’ve used recently. Scroll to the bottom of the list of devices and tap the option to Export debug log.
