Our customer support team may ask you to pull the debug logs from the Samepage desktop app when trying to troubleshoot complex issues.
Once you export the debug log file submit it to the customer support team or email them to email@example.com.
Exporting Debug Logs on Mac
Click on the “Help” menu item at the top of your screen. Then select “Export Logs as Zip”
Exporting Debug Logs on Windows
Click on the hamburger menu button at the top of your Samepage window. Then hover over “Help” and select “Export Logs as Zip”
Submit the debug log files to the customer support team or email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
