If you have previously been able to successfully access Samepage but are now receiving an error message saying that your login credentials are invalid, the user token stored on your device may have become corrupt. This can happen for various reasons, but the solution is very simple. Simply remove that token and log in again.
These steps can only be done on a laptop/desktop computer.
In either the desktop or web app where you currently have access:
- Click on the gear icon in the left dock next to the organization name.
- Click on My Account.
- At the top of the My Account screen select Devices.
- Then click the X next to your latest mobile, desktop and/or web device entry. You only need to remove the token for the app that is not allowing you to login.
